Important: Enter the information as it appears on your personal health record - use your date of birth in the DD/MM/YYYY format, and please put your postal code in all capitals. If you do not receive your email, or if you do not complete your enrolment within the 12 hour time window, you will need to phone our Digital Health Support line toll-free 1-84 (Monday-Friday from 7am to 7pm PST Saturday-Sunday from 8am to 4pm PST excluding STAT Holidays). You will have 12 hours to complete your enrolment once you receive the email. If you have shown your BC Services Card (or health services card) and submitted your email at patient registration in one of the participating Interior Health facilities, you will receive an email allowing you to complete your registration.
